Your first wall of text is such underestimation of Tsunade that I'm not even going to read the second one. Have a nice day.
In other words, you have no basis for your argument and are spewing hot air.
I am not underestimating anything. I am stating facts:
Genjutsu: Tsunade has no Genjutsu feats to begin with. Kakashi has the Sharingan, and has feats of double casting Genjutsu on two ANBU guards simultaneously. He beat Zabuza with Genjutsu in his first battle, and he matched Obito, who was able to control perfect Jinchuuriki and also control Kurama while simultaneously fighting Minato. This means Tsunade and any Katsuyu variant she decides to summon is prone to top tier Genjutsu.
Speed: Tsunade has a 3.5 in the databook whilst Kakashi has a 4.5; this is a numerical fact, unless you want to argue that 3.5 is indeed larger than 4.5, which you are welcome to do if you so desire. Kakashi has the feats of keeping up with a Sharingan enhanced V2 Jinchuuriki as well as the Sharingan to amplify his own reflexes.
Tactics: What tactics has Tsunade ever shown that even begin to match up with Kakashi's? Her general methods involve charging at the enemy and punching them. Kakashi regularly Dotons, tests out the enemy with a shadow clone, lets the enemy kill said shadow clone, and then captilizes on the opening, as seen against Itachi and Pain.
Ninjutsu: Tsunade has no ninjutsu barring body scramble and healing. Kakashi has Suiton dragon, shark, waterfall, wall, and clone. He has a Raiton clone, Raikiri (and double Raikiri), Raikiri Wolf, Raikiri chain, and Raikiri projectiles. He has Doton wall and Doton underground travel. Ninjutsu versatility is undoubtedly Kakashi's forte. Kakashi has a dozen jutsu, useful for almost every situation he may find himself in, whereas Tsunade's arsenal is undoubtedly lacking.
