Tobirama wins. He can counter Kamui as Minato countered Tobi's Kamui (FTG). Tobirama is more intelligent, and can out sustain Kakashi by a long run. Gojō Kibaku Fuda ends this anyway, it's many times the size of any Biju, and Kakashi's kamui/Doton walls can't suppress something like this.
