Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, and Gaara all beat Kakashi without a doubt. Kakashi can't react to A's speed as Sasuke who have stronger mastery of the Sharingan and physical speed so Kakashi isn't hitting A, even Madara couldn't really hit A until A lost focus when another Kage was in trouble or when he used flower world which covers a huge area. As for Gaara, he overwhelm Kakashi with constant barrages, Gaara can literally use Sand from the floor to grab and break Kakashi legs at the start of the fight by distractions Kakashi by flying up. Kakashi needs to be very close to use Kamui snipe as he stated in the manga when Minato asked him to use it on Madara shield and a Gaara got them there before Gai.

Mei can use boiling mist which would make a Kakashi have to stay intangible which have a limit of 5 mins which Kakashi doesn't know about or to use Susanoo, it did get through rib Susanoo and was melting it as it also hurt Sasuke. Hidden mist blocks Kakashi's sight and flowing the field in lava can lead to Kakashi's defeat but Susanoo will save him mostly do even though Kakashi beats Mei, it's not going to be easy as you think but actually hard.

Oonoki has earth, fire, wind, and dust so he can attack in a variety of ways. I do think Oonoki could win pretty well if he increased PS weight to the point that it can't move as he did with Muu and how he made the meteor lighter. If he use this on Kakashi then he loses this since all he can do is a Kamui away or stay there and keep going intangible until he's out of chakra.
