The Six paths are excluding Nagato and are from when they fought Naruto.

Restrictions: Summoning, Chibaku Tensei, and once a pain is defeated, you can not bring it back.

Kakashi doesn't have enough kamui snipes to take out the entire formation but it would be a high diff fight for pein at least, considering only one path will most likely be alive.

I really don't understand how Kakashi loses ''for sure''. You pretty much removed Animal Path all together, restricted Naraka's main ability, and restricted the one Deva technique that would be useless against MS Kakashi anyway. What Kakashi has to do is Kamui Deva from the get go. All he'll have left is going to be Human Path, who's not laying a finger on Kakashi in CQC, let alone for long enough to pull out his soul, Asura Path, which can be kept busy with clones and taken out with a few Raiton techs, Naraka is a non-factor since he can't resurrect other Paths, and Preta Path, the only semi-threat and main Path if Deva is killed/removed, which still doesn't compare to War Arc Kakashi's stamina and Kamui usage.

Since you didn't specify intel, this is the default for both sides, meaning manga intel - War Arc Kakashi pretty much knows what to expect from Pain. The only way I can see the Paths taking this is if Kakashi doesn't take out Tendo immediately and gets ST/CST'd or BT'd into a Preta + Human Path combo, but that's a big ''if''.

Kakashi can insta-warp away the entire group of the Six Paths of Pain, with a quick giant Kamui warp as he did on the Gedo Mazo's arm. Or warp Deva Path's head away and then fight the rest. War Arc Kakashi (1MS) defeats Pain, high diff.
