There's no gameplay video for shadow so I'll just describe him.
Story
For those who have never played ff 6, shadow is a shinobi/assassin character who comes and goes in the party for a fee. When he believes he's paid his dues, he leaves, often randomly. Eventually however, if you find him in the right place after a few certain events, you can get him to join your party permanently. His story goes that he was once a member of the Thamasa Mage warriors that became a bandit and infiltrator. He left his daughter named Relm in the village after he could not save a friend of his from death and then refused to finish him off. In shame, he became a hired hand and his nin dog Interceptor left with him.
Gameplay
Shadow mirrors Kakashi almost all around. He wears a mask to hide his identity, possesses a nin dog with incredibly high defense and attack that acts like a spector, protecting him from attacks and countering enemies and he throws elemental shuriken to attack all enemies. He also has the highest speed of all the game's characters as well as high magic and physical strength, though like Kakashi, his vitality and stamina are average. He has an instant desperation/limit attack where he slashes the opponent in the blink of an eye and dispatches them, much like lightning flicker. He also sought the spector striker sword that delivers death as well.
