Hey everyone, Great Sage of Uchiha here.

I'm going to try to make this a non-bias as possible, because i like both characters but Mu just a little more non the less. Lets get on with it!!!

Second Tsuchikage (MU)'s Abilities​

Having been the Kage of his village, Mū is an immensely powerful shinobi. He appears to be both extremely knowledgeable and analytical, being able to discern the exact method used to locate his position almost immediately after detection, seemingly without any prior information concerning the technique in question. While alive he carried a pair of what resembles swords wrapped up in bandages.

Mastery of Camouflage​

Mu was so talented and had such mastery over the " Hiding with Camoflage technique" that neither his form nor his chakra was sensible while he had this technique active. It was impossible to sense Mu in any normal means, Mu also believed that anyone that could have sensed his presents should be praised.

Nature Transformation​

Mū is one of the few people capable of using a kekkei tōta, an advanced and extremely powerful form of kekkei genkai. In particular, he possesses the Dust Release, which allows him to combine the fire, earth and wind natures to reduce his opponents to nothing more than mere dust, destroying them down to even a molecular level. Compared with fellow dust-user, Ōnoki, his power is implied to be on equal terms, as when the two initiated Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique, the disastrous outcome although chaotic, demonstrated no evident victor in regards to strength. This may be due to the fact that Mū's power hadn't waned since his lifetime, a fact later affirmed by Ōnoki.

levitate and fly​

Mu has mastered Ninjutsu to the level that he can Levitate and even fly on top of that, Mu was also engaged in battle with Ōnoki for most of the fight in the Shinobi World War Arc, well half of him anyway.

Splitting Technique​

This technique allows Mu to literally split his body into two exact and entirely independent parts. Unlike Clone Techniques that only appear to be similar, the ability is instead a physical separation and so does not require hand seals to activate, making it faster in comparison as a result. This also means that even if one is incapacitated, the other remains completely unaffected and as neither can truly be regarded as the original, the duplicates cannot be dispelled like normal clones. The cost of this technique is for Mu's power to be halved, but even with halved power he was also physically strong enough to lift massive rocks off of his body.

Sensor and Evasion skills​

Mū is also a skilled sensor-type shinobi displaying the ability to sense chakra over a distance of several kilometres, as well as to discern the similarity between the chakra belonging to close relatives such as Gaara and his father, and distinguish chakra from different populations. Furthermore, when these detection capabilities are employed in conjunction with his quick reflexes, he can avoid techniques that even other Kage find difficult to evade, as demonstrated when only he instinctively managed to elude the clutches of Gaara's sand hands and avoid Naruto's attack from behind.

Kakashi abilities​

Kakashi primarily relies on his mastery of ninjutsu, of which he has a vast arsenal due to his Sharingan; being noted to have copied over a thousand techniques. With this arsenal, he can attack or defend against his opponents in numerous manners. He has proven to be very adept in taijutsu, which, combined with his impressive speed, allows him to effectively catch his opponents off guard and evade attacks. His hand seal prowess has also been noted as very great, as he is able to use high-level techniques with few hand seals and perform them at highly difficult speeds to follow.[17] While used less often, he has also shown skill in genjutsu, which he can use to throw off his opponents as a set-up for stronger attacks.

Chidori​

Kakashi was taught how to use the Rasengan by its inventor, Minato Namikaze. As the Rasengan was created with the intention of mixing it with one's elemental chakra, Kakashi attempted to infuse the Rasengan with lightning. He failed, so produced the next closest thing: Chidori;After gaining the Sharingan, the tunnel effect can now be worked around, as he can now see his opponents clearly.

Lighting Cutter​

the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue. In Part I, Kakashi is limited to using it four times a day, but by Part II, he can use it at least six times.

Sharingan​

as its ability to have him to copy nearly any technique used against him gave him the moniker "Copy Ninja" while seeing through any deception, give hypnotic suggestions, perform genjutsu, and predict his opponent's movements. Also Noted " Kakashi only relies on it when he feels it is an absolute necessity".

Mangekyō Sharingan+ Kamui​

Kakashi further improved his Sharingan by developing his own Mangekyō Sharingan through undisclosed means. With it he can perform Kamui, a technique that sucks anything within a small area to another dimension.Finally, Kakashi has shown the most impressive feat of his Kamui mastery so far by successfully teleporting an entire shadow clone of Naruto Uzumaki at such a speed that Tobi himself was fooled into believing the teleportation failed and the latter dispelled the clone instead with one of his stakes.

Intelligence​

Kakashi has shown himself to be a very shrewd and resourceful man. By the age of 13, Kakashi had enough experience on the battlefield to detect a hiding enemy's presence, impressing his sensei, Minato. Kakashi's intellect has proven itself against various S-rank ninja, including members of Akatsuki, showing an unexcelled perceptive and analytical side, able to quickly and single-handedly deduced the workings of the most mysterious enemy techniques and plotted a successful diversion in order to verify his theory, ultimately proving it correct.

Yes, i was heavily influenced by my good friend Negative Knight's threads. Again this is my first real verse thread so im still have some improving to do but aye it's good for a first one right?.

Mu takes the fight low-mid difficulty. Kakashi does not have the ability to seek out Mu's location and he does not have large AoE attacks that can kill Mu.

Don't believe Mu can attack while invisible, if he could he would've never turn visible when he attack Onoki

The only thing Kakashi has going for him in this match up is Kamui. Given the speed and efficiency he now has with the doujutsu, it should really only take one usage to defeat an opponent. The issue, as others have raised, is Mu's invisibility and sensory abilities. While Kakashi has tracking dogs, they would need to pick up Mu's scent first, which is the real problem he faces. However, I think Kakashi's intelligence and tactical thinking is good enough to hold his own for at least a little while.

As for the argument regarding kage-level and non-kage. Kakashi was nominated to be the Hokage at one point, and his skills have only seemed to expand since then. I'd put him on par with some of the weaker kages at this point, at least.

Muu wins, Kakashi got a hige power boost recently but I think he is still too weak to take on such a versatile character like muu.

But the kage level > non kage is very stupid argument while people like Mei is kage. Kakashi is definitely kage level at the moment, hell he was chosen as Tsunade's replacement........... Kakashi is probably stronger than Tsunade / Mei and has a good chance vs Gaara / Oonoki as well.

As for you match up its indeed a difficult one but personally i'm gonna go with my man Muu and this is why:

Invisibility - Using Chakra inflections he is able to make himself invisible to the naked eye, he erases his shadow as a result of this along with his scent and chakra signature.

Do the Chakra inflections make it impossible for the Sharingan to see him ?

Removing his scent means that Kakashi's dogs have little to no use in this battle

Muu through this method along can plan a some sort of sneak attack from close range so Kakashi has little to no time to react to it.
