however sasuke is not allowed to use amaterasu, and they are having there fight on water.

Who would win because weve seen that the user of susanoo can be attacked fom underneath, and kakashi can use water jutsu

Still say Sasuke since he his Susanoo. Yes he can be attacked from underneath but I doubt Sasuke can let that happen plus he can move with Susanoo still acrtive.

Why is it one sided? Had I have sasuke amaterasu he would have to only look at kakashi and put amaterasu on him to beat him. This was the fight wont be one sided.

An injured and exhausted sasuke fought kakashi on water without using amaterasu, and kakashi was forced to use kamui to just defend against the arrows.

sasuke is far beyond kakashi.
