Kakashi is a real genius who was promoted as a Jounin at a young age.Mastered 'Sharingan' and awakened MS despite of being uchiha.....He has much stronger taijutsu,ninjutsu than sasuke and more importantly has a space time ninjutsu 'KAMUI'.Till we dont know the speciality of ems..I believe he could take on sasuke without ems.

The whole frs arc was naruto catching up to sasuke... Naruto surpassed kakashi when he learnt frs. So since naruto was sasuke's equal then sasuke should surpass kakashi as well. So it's

kakashi would win, kirin only works if sasuke is fighting under the right conditions, so he would be spamming his fire techniques to make storm clouds.
kakashi has his experience over sasuke, and his taijutsu is better than his as well seeing as he sticks around Might Guy a lot.
