Too much fail in this post. On your pic, how was he suppose to know that arrows are that fast? He was surprise, but when the surprise end, you can prepare yourself, right? He already knows Susanoo and how fast are arrows, so when he will see Susanoo, he will obviously create a wall before it happen.
Secondly, it's funny when you say he won't be paralyse cuz he is a raiton user. So cuz you're a raiton user, you're immune against raiton now? Sorry but what you're saying is laughable. He doesn't have lightning armor like Raikage. I won't even try to debate about it cuz it's obvious
Thirdly he obviously can't use Susanoo when he is paralyse since he will be in pain at that time. You can even see against Kabuto where he couldn't even maintain his susanoo after Kabutos dragon attack which didn't even touch him
And even if somehow he manage to use Susanoo, what's the problem. Kakashi is underground at that time, forgotten? So he comes from underground and kill him simple

Look at it and see what it says. A water and black lightning combo did not paralyze Sasuke because he is a raiton user. I don't think Sasuke would get paralyzed by a raiton clone. Sasuke can also take those clones out by other means.
Did you not just read what Kakashi said, the only way he can survive is kamui, he can't create a mud wall in time because if he could he wouldn't have used kamui which is a last resort.

You understand nothing at all. In that fight he is the one who wanted to capture Sasuke(not kill him). He sees Susanoo and arrows but at that time, he can't know how fast arrows are, so when he see Sasuke trying to kill him with arrows, he thought he could avoid it, but was surprised by the speed and it's why he used Kamui. But it's comon sense that when you already know an attack, when you know something is coming, you can prepare yourself before it happens unless you are a fool
For the raiton debate i'm not trying to discuss about it cuz it's too obvious he would be paralyse unless you create your own manga(Sasuke shippuden)
Try again man. Kakashi beats him every day every night. You can see his reaction. He thought he could kill him without problems

I actually think they're tied. The only reason that Sasuke would win is Taijutsu and MS. A genjutsu fight would be stalemated since they both have Sharingan, and I think that a ninjutsu fight would be stalemated too. So I'm in favor of Sasuke.

2. How will Kakashi know a susanoo arrow is coming? He is no mind reader.
3. I already proved it to you how raiton users can channel their chakra to avoid being paralysed by raiton but you ignore the facts at hand. Also Sasuke has used raiton on his own body multiple times yet he never got paralysed.
4. No Kakashi had plenty of problems in the fight. He would have died if Naruto hadn't saved him.
He was only trying to convince himself he can, but he was exactly like Sakura. He didn't wanted to kill his student. He said it countless time even before the fight:

But obviously after seeing his efforts were meaningless he decided to kill him like your pic try to say eventhough it was painfull for him but like i've said, deep in his heart it's not what he wanted
By creating the wall before he attacks with Susanoo arrows, simple. No need to be a mind reader for that(and even then, do you forget what's the sharingan ability?). When Karin noticed it was the real Danzo and told it to Sasuke, Danzo could even perform handseals for Izanagi before it happen:

The difference with what happened the first time is that he didn't knew the arrows were that fast and it's why he didn't try to prepare himself from the start since he thought he could avoid it but he was surprised by the speed, but now he knows how fast they are, it's comon sense he will try to prepare himself against it, especially when you are talking about one of the smartest ninja in NU

Sasuke no difficult. EMS with Amaterasu and Susanoo, common Kakashi is death. His Kamui won't cause trouble for Susanoo but Sasukes Blaze Release Magatamas will. Even if Kakashi will manage to dodge all of them, what I highly doubt, this spam won't let Kakashi even concentrating on his own offensive.
Ok you can't base the fight on that encounter cause think about what sasuke went through the 5 kate summit which you know what happened there and killing danzo and facing izanagi which is no easy task and then he went on and pulled out his susanoo against kakashi and he was intimidated by it that all he could do was dodge it and he even said that if he didn't he would have died and what happened right after that he got weak for using kamui not saying that kakashi is bad but against sasuke that is just a bad match up for him sasuke and now that sasuke has ems his susanoo won't go away so what gonna save kakashi now cause that what saved him last time
You forget what happen during/after the kage summit. Zetsu gave him the chakra reserves of all 5kages+their bodyguards and Karin healed him in Tobi's dimension. So it's safe to assume that he was perfectly well while fighting Danzo. He was even stronger since he got more chakra(thanks to Zetsu) and was able to upgrade his Susanoo(he only had ribcage during kage summit). And again during/after his fight against Danzo, he got healed by Karin, but maybe he wasn't 100% fit though, but he was healed, and was able to upgrade his Susanoo again creating a form that he couldn't even do at 100% against Danzo, but got blind after that.
Yes Susanoo is strong, but like we've seen against Gaara, it has weaknesses. You can attack it from underground and Kakashi can do it by using doton like i've said on my first post. By hiding underground he has also nothing to fear about arrows or Amaterasu, etc
