While Kakashi is someone extremely cautious, SM Naruto's a sensor.
He's able to analyze according to the data collected through Natural Energy. It gives him constant insight. That's not something easy to fight against.

But Kakashi is still extremely experienced...

While Kakashi could actually win, I'd say Naruto is stronger.

Him being a super sensor is OP. There's also the fact that his taijutsu also improves because of his heightened reflexes. It means getting close to him is deadly.
