No actually it's different then that Kakashi is more exp then Sasuke first of all and sasuke didn't use EMS on raikage other wises he would have got pwnd and third of all Raikage is in a forest so Kakashi can hide then do some quick thinking make the dumb Raikage fall in to a trap then MS his other arm. Please explain how bro. Not only is the battle in the forest Kakashi has all sorts of ninjustu and can dodge Raikage's hits with Sharingan.
I don't think we're all Raikage fanboys and for mookyuzamaki's sake fangirl, just realistically Raikage outmatches Kakashi here. While Kakashi has more smarts than Raikage, you can only get so far on those. Having a strategy planned out doesn't enable you to dodge attacks that are near instantaneous. Hate to say it but the meat-sack we all call Raikage should win even if it is a close match up.

Raikage hits and be dodged! Raikage is just as fast the 4th Hokage, he is like fastest ninja in Naruto right now! No way can he be dodged, and just cuz his eyes see it dont mean his body can react as fast!
The only way Kakashi can win is if he outsmarts him some how with a clone or something and get distance.

Abandon thread!!! But in all honesty Kakashi, even with his eye, would not be able to track the speed at which the Raikage moves. As much as I love Kakashi, he's not looking too hot in this match.
