Kakashi vs Pein plot hole?

When Kakashi was about to die he warp that thing away but Kamui clearly isn't a genjustu ocular power. So how that pein body was fooled? it's kind of a plot hole, isn't it? It was shown that he got hited by it but it was actually some kind of genjutsu and that's not correct guys :/

he kamiued it right before it hit him then died from chakra exhaustion so it was believable he died from the nail he just pretended to be hit

Kamui is invisible. You can see that even Tobi wasn't able to notice when Kakashi warped the clone for example

Pein realised his powers when Kakashi kamui'd the rocket because he said something like: he used his powers for that (the nail) too...
