Watch the fight between oro and 4tailed naruto again. Also with kamui in the latest chapter, kakashi states that he has hard time kamuing things that move. Thin back to how he tried to kamui deidara but only got his arm. I know he improved a lot since then but oro can reshape his body in all sorts of ways and he's gona be moving all over the place
