Juubito wins. DMS Kakashi's strongest power is his Kamui Shuriken, and Juubito can either teleport himself back from the Kamui dimension or simply regenerate lost limbs. Obito is also a smaller and faster target than Kaguya's Rabbit Juubi form.

Juubito can summon the Shinju, or launch massive Bijuudama / Mokuton techniques. While DMS Kakashi's Susano'o is powerful, we know that using Kamui on large objects requires a lot of chakra. He can't defend himself from attacks with it forever.

Even the Kurama/Susano'o combination only won because (1) Obito was overcome with self-doubt, and it weakened his strike, and (2) Naruto was about to pull the Bijuu chakra out of Obito. Otherwise, Obito would merely have suffered a small cut to the stomach and quickly healed. And of course, at the time, the Shinju was being used to attack the Shinobi Alliance; frankly, it's basically plot that caused the Shinju to stop attacking Naruto/Sasuke, considering it easily restrained and absorbed Naruto's Bijuu Mode before.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I believe that Juubito could return from the Kamui dimension, even if he can't pass through objects while he's the Juubi's Jinchuuriki. I believe the issue was with sending a part of his body to the other dimension.

And sending Obito into his own kamui dimension with kamui shurikens is pointless, because you'll be helping him enter into his own dimension a lot faster and unharmed.

Then there are those theorist that believe that Obito can "cancel" kamui.

2 things:

JJ Obito cannot use Kamui by his own admission. So he wouldn't be able to Kamui anything
DMS Kakashi's ninjutsu also possesses senjutsu otherwise he wouldn't have been able to effect Kaguya, so Obito cannot negate his attacks.

However Kakashi CAN Kamui so most of Obito's attacks will go right through Kakashi.

Hmm couldn't see the picture but I believe you in this. It isn't surprising as I am just going from memory here. But yeah I remember it phasing through Kakashi and thought it went through Susanoo too, but you proved otherwise. U_U

Obito is far weaker than Kaguya, or, better said, less stronger than she is. DMS Kakashi vs Juubi jinchuuriki Obito: the first has a defense that the second can't beat, an offense he can't counter, a mobility he can't stop, a cleverness he can't challenge. He stomps him in seconds, with Kamui teleporting followed by Kamui Raikiri or long range Kamui on his heads, just to say. Kakashi dodges everything Obito dishes on him with Kamui phasing, physical speed or Kamui teleporting (at maximized speed having both eyes) or tanks with Rikudo enhanced Perfect Susanoo. Gudodama are warped with Kamui or nullified with Rikudo chakra. Obito can't evade or defend from Kamui Raikiri and long range Kamui. His head gets warped or cut away, and that should be enough to kill him. And very quickly.
