I agree. Kakashi can only beat Obito in the Kamui dimension (where obito can't summon Gedo Mazo and only if we are supposing he can't use Kamui on the kamui realm)

His mukton wasn't nerfed. And the gunbai wouldn't help him.

no soil in the kamui dimension means no large scale mokuton or doton for Obito. His gunbai allows him to defend against all of Kakashi's raikiri variants or other jutsu.

obito has better genjutsu, can sticks him inside his massive barrier tech, blows kakashi up with kyuubi summon, and deflects anything kakashi has using the gunbai fan. he probably doesnt even really have to move.
also you forget how easily obito handled gai's taijutsu using just his sharingan and arms. predicting anything kakashi does, superior genjutsu, KYUUBI SUMMONING (he never needed kamui for that) wins this

After Obito unlocked Kamui, he went from Chunin level to Kage level instantly. Take Kamui away and its uh oh for Obito.

until he busts out izanagi, kyuubi and fire barrier

this is double sharingan obito. so izanagi is easily an option as is kyuubi. obito had a useless eye, and was exhausted last time
