Normally people say obito wins and this is true for the most part but im debating for kakashi and so here is a counter Kakashi could use. Creates Lightning Bunshin and sends it to the kumui dimension Attacks Obito head on and when he phases through he is facing a raikiri from both dimensions. Imo thats a good counter
But if you mean in these next chapters Kakashi wins in a battle that kumui is uneffective

If Kakashi is not emorionally hurt anymore and fight like the other battles he has fought. Then Kakashi might win this.
But if Obito become serious, then he might kill Kakashi.

obito is stronger than kakashi and he is higher than kakashi's level(due to the chakra)
but kakashi's chance to beat him is better than obito's himself
so strong fire ........ kakashi go underground
mid wood.......... kakashi avoid that by his speed,gate,sharingan,raiki to cut it
rinningan .......... obito didn't show any jutsu of it except for ninjindu which he said he would use on yamatu so it isn't enough
raiki.................isn't useless yet,kakashi can use it to cut obito's neck,i think that is useful(i hope that won't happen)
that is if you talk about manga's fight now but if you talk about overall so kakashi still has good chance to beat obito

To be honest, Kakashi has never gotten stumped in any fight he was in (besides the Itachi genjutsu thing) he always puts up a good fight. And now it seems as though Obito is lost in his thoughts, Kakashi has a better chance of winning.
