The majority, if not all of your arguement is based on speculation, attributing that since Kakashi was able to do certain things against people who are considered more powerful than him that it will work the same on neji. Also you assume that kakashi can best neji in CQC since he posseses great taijutsu coupled with the sharingan and could also defeat rotation(which you claim isnt "spammable"), a powerful defensive jutsu that requires a certain type of attack to defeat and that he could easily evade his vacuum palm jutsu.

Overall this a very poor and rather biased sounding arguement that i have seen many times over. I will post a reply to this, since it is somewhat serious, but i do not expect you or anyone else to nderstand just how powerful the hyuuga clan can be just because they arent in the spotlight.

I don't really see any bais... for it is true that neji's attacks and techniques revolve around taijutsu. Neji has no elemental ninjutsu or basic ninjutsu.(except fro maybe body flicker) His only ranged technique is airpalm and kakashi has the ability to see it and dodge.

Neji couldn't even tell the difference between naruto's shadow clones So he isn't seeing through kakashi's.

Neji isn't dodging attacks like raikiri, beast runner, tracking fang etc. So his only hope for defense is rotation, which either kakashi waits for him to stop spinning or kakashi cuts clean though with raiden

It sounds because you automatically think that kakashi will be able to beat neji because he will be just like everyone else and everyone else is supposedly underneath kakashi in terms of skill. The justifications for your arguements are also very unsound becuase you are simply going off your own speculations to begin with.

Neji may be taijutsu oriented and has no elemental ninjutsu, but he does have basic ninjutsu since it is required in order to know and perform these in order to even graduate from the academy. Neji is also listed as having a 4 in ninjutsu in th DB, so becuase of him being taijutsu oriented and probably knowing only a few basic ninjutsu, he has very likely mastered these types of jutsu already. Neji cant exactly see the jutsu forming like the byakugan can see it. He can just see chakra flow to his hands, and since he does that already using the gentle fist, it is highly unlikely that kakashi will even know that he will be using such a technique, let alone dodge it considering how fast it is in the first place.

It soesnt matter if he cant tell the difference between the clones, there wont be any "feints" because neji can see evrything with his byakugan. He will know when kakashi will be trying to trick him or not.

Nejis speed is the same as kakashis in the databook, which is a 4.5, so i highly doubt that with nejis info on raikiri that it wont be impossible to dodge. Not only that but neji has displayed top tier reflexes back in part 1 when he was able to dodge many incoming projectiles at once even with his movements restricted by kidomarus webbing. Beast runner snd tracking fang is different because kakashi first has to summon the dogs with his summoning scroll and neji being a close range fighter will certainly not let kakashi have the chance to do any of the sort.

Even if neji has to resort to using rotation, neji could easily see if kakashi is trying to wait him out with the byakugan and prepare countermeasures for any incoming assault immediatly afterwards. Raiden is not a jutsu that can break through kaiten. Due to the rotating properties of the jutsu, the chakra line will simply be severed before it reaches very far into the chakra dome. It basically raikiri spead out into a horizontal line, and if raikiri wont make it, then its other counterparts derived from it wont make it through either.

His battle relies on taijutsu. Most of his feats are taijutsu feats.
Neji was eating a base Lee for breakfest and pooping in lunch in taijutsu bout. Kakashi can only offer base taijutsu which Neji himself is highly experienced and knowledgable with due to training with Gai and sparring with Lee.

Many ninja are more experienced than Neji; that does not mean they are better than him in every field.
Yes, Lee would also beat Kakashi in taijutsu. İt is not just speed; keeping up with speed does not mean keeping up with taijutsu skillset and different movements. V2 jins are fast, but aren't taijutsu masters. Part 1 Kakashi was seeing part 1 Lee's movements.(He can "see" them now too, but keeping up is a different matter) 3 years makes a lot difference for a teen ninja. Kakashi improved from part 1; but so does Lee, probably more compared to his old self due to being younger and having more room for improvement. Strength, speed, taijutsu, stamina these all changed and improved severely.

All of Nejis feats are that of taijutsu. Kakashis experience may be greater overall, but in terms of pure taijutsu anility, Neji outclasses him in experience and skill. He trains with the two top taijutsu users in the NV while Kakashi is just a jack of all trades person. He is skilled in it, but he doesnt compare to people who trained in it their entire lives.

such arguments are to be expected sine neji and kakashi never actually fought each other ( and never will considering neji's predicament) As for the "everyone else" bit the only people i mentioned are s-class nins that kakashi's usual tactics/gambits have worked on.

There is an absence of evidence backing up your claim.Rock lee graduated without being able to preform basic ninjutsu, and even though he has a 4 in ninjutsu he has shown nothing outside of hyuuga techniques.

I'm guessing you meant kakashi..... but just like valley of end sasuke he can see the his hand movements and predict what naruto was going to do. Kakashi can also see the chakra leave his hand, and move toward him in a linear fashion.
Seeing and predicting all of that allows me to believe he can dodge it.

A feint is the reason neji lost to naruto in part 1. Kakashi being a master at this should and can trick neji.

Coupled with the sharingan and his ability to open the first gate kakashi can create a gap in their speed, to top it off according to databook early part 2 kakashi is a full point higher in strength.

I'd love to know what these countermeasures are.

As for raiden. There is no reason why it wouldn't make it through. The chakra neji is expelling from his body isn't stronger then the lightening natured chakra running through raiden. The only form of raikiri that's weaker then the original is the breast runner since it doesn't have any cutting/piercing qualities. It would be foolish to say a raikiri run through a kunai is weaker than standard raikiri.. Why use the kunai then? Same goes for raiden.

i don't think neji can go toe to toe with hidan without losing a drop of blood in straight taijutsu.
And kakashi been training with guy for the past....17 years? trained with body so that it can be fast enough to use chidori (Speeds equivalent to part 1 weightless lee) since age....12-13? 18 years later he upgraded it does it comfortably to the point where he no longer needs his sharingan to aim it, or handsigns to pull it out.

To use chidori kakashi had to be as fast/agile as weightless lee a feat he achieved since....12. Granted at the time he suffered from tunnel vision but his sharingan made up for that. 18 years does alot for a ninja. More than 3 years for a teen ninja(outside of sasuke/naruto)

databook pegs early base kakashi equal to early base neji in terms of speed and taijutsu . But sadly kakashi has shown much more improvement then neji throughout part 2.
