obito has a very simple strategy here. and thats to keep warping in and out of the time space dimension.
kakashi cant do that indefinitely so he stands no chance of keeping up.
obitos warping is fast enough to avoid a swipe from kcm naruto, and his phasing is fast enough to avoid sagedara.

but warping isnt. if kakashi wants to send a clone to the dimension, then obito full-body warps there and kills the clone. then he full body warps right back.

genjutsu wont work as shown in manga.

it did work but kakashi requested that they end the genjutsu duel as they had a war to fight

Kakashi creates Bunshin, then sends it to the dimension. Moment Obito goes to ghost mode, clone strikes him with Chidori ending his pathetic life.

obito teleports to kyuubi's nose and watches as kakashi futilely tries to get at him
