Yeah Minato should take it pretty handily. Kunai prep means Minato will be able to blitz Kakashi with ease, and with Kamui being probably the only thing Kakashi has to quickly or efficiently take down Minato, it's just not gonna work with constant teleporting.

Minato mid dif. Kakashi is good but he really doesn't have any answer to FTG. From what we've seen from Minato he's just as smart tactically as Kakashi is. Unless Kakashi goes all out and tries to use Kamui right at the beginning i dont think he would win.

Well Sharingan alone wouldn't be enough, Minato's just too fast. I mean Wave Arc Sasuke had Sharingan too but he's nowhere near competent enough to fight a Jonin level ninja, let alone Minato's hax.

With prep Minato wins with no difficulty at all. In 5 minutes he can place -AND DIG- the kunais so Kakashi will have no idea where he'll come from.
