They wouldn't fight. They would see each other and both realize "This is the sexiest person in the world" and then they'd have sexy ***. Maybe the fighting would be foreplay or flirting, but even then they both win.

Even if Mei has knowledge of kamui she looses...

Kamui is faster than a susano arrow, a susano arrow is a lot faster than mei, so nah she can't dodge it, and she doesn't have good clone feints or fast jutsus to block kakashi's line of sight.

With kamui restricted the distance makes this too easy for kakashi too, if you change the distance to 15m i see Mei winning high diff

And Mei gets stomped if Kamui is allowed.

2 meters... so a close range fight? Corrosive Mist and Lava style, Kakashi doesn't have a suitable counter for that.
