Kakashi loses both, seeing as how you restrict all 3 to a semi-base form. As agoodboy already said, when it comes to madara, he was killing experienced senju adults as a kid, se he already has experience w/o sharingan plus the insanely powerful katons, some weapons, kakashi stands no chance to even kid madara w/o sharingan.
The hashi situation is similar, with the exception that the OP all out killed hashi's moveset outside of pitiful genjutsu and suiton and doton we havent seen, leaving taijutsu. Its harder since it will only be a hand to hand combat,, but hashi pulls it mid-high diff.
On a sidenote, obito IS pathetic w/o Kamui or all the stuff he implanted (mokuton, rinnegan), as we already saw in the kakashi fight, where both sharingan techs cancelled out each pther, he got beat by kakashi like when they were kids, that just go to show he hasnt made any progress as a fighter since he was 14 years old.
