Kamui is not about speed,its Time and Space so theirs really nothing yo can do.Like if Tobi trys to absorb you,if you don't have Space Time Ninjutsu then your done for

Well i think Kisame coz of his monstrous chakra, stamina, not to mention his Samehada which devours chakra. But Kakashi has MS, type advantage over Kisame. But Kakashi easily tires out. Further Kisame was Itachi's partner, he would hav some intel on how sharingan works & how to counteract it...

yeah but amaterasu doesn't throw flames it creates flames in the place the user's looking at
and kamui teleports the thing user looks at (the user can optimize the size of which to teleport so it can be used to cut off enemy's head off)
