Kakashi can win against base Bee high difficulty, but if Bee enters V1 or V2, Bee mid-high difficulty. Kakashi's only chance will be kamui, and i doubt he can teleport something that big. He can cut him and his limbs with lightning chain though, but Bee has much more power.
