Speed has nothing to do with how long it takes for Kakashi to warp something, its size.

Kamui's warp's are inconsistent in the manga. There are times that it's instant and there are times when its not

A Susanoo arrow is longer than a person, in every other aspect a Human is bigger (Width, Weight, Mass, etc)

weight is not involved here, is the SIZE, weight depends on the mass x gravity, any object being more dense than other is not involved with size...

Wich one has more size? The arrow, don't analize the weight or the mass because they're irrelevant when kakashi warps something... they depend on density (wich in any case, susano's density is bigger, since is harder than a human)
