Jiraiya wins in base mid diff at most. Kakashi himself claimed he had no chance against any of the sannin,kisame claimed he was way above him. Jiraiya wins handily.

I agree he's not quite there but he's close. in the end of naruto I think kakashi will develop to about jiraiyas level. kakashis tough

If if j-man decideds to use small frogs, Kakashi can summon his dogs to beat them
