Kakashi is The Leader of Team 7(Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke(Part1) and then Sai(Part2). He is one of the only Non-Uchiha to activate the Mangekyo Sharingan.
Nature Type(s): Earth, Water, Fire and Lightning.
Move set: Kamui, Shadow Clone, Chidori, and Rasengan.
Was apart of Team Minato. Is known as the Copy Cat Ninja because he uses his Sharingan to copy Jutsu. It is said he can open the Eight Gates. He is a very skilled ninja. Being able to use many jutsu, but Wind Style so far. Taught Sasuke Chidori, and Naruto(partly) Rasengan. His Stats for Part2 are.... "Pervy Sage"
Jiraiya is one of the Three Legendary Sannin, Leader of Team Jiraiya(Minato, Unknown, Unknown) He is the Toad Sage almost completely mastered it.
Nature Type(s): Earth and Fire.
Move set: Sage Mode(Toad), Rasengan, Needle Jizo, and Toad Oil Flame Bullet.
Made the Icha Icha book series. His team was Team Hiruzen(Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru. The Three Sannin.) He has been able to Control Toad Sage mode almost completely, even when merging with Ma and Pa. Taught Naruto Rasengan(Mostly) and his stats before he died were...

Jiraiya, due to experience and Sage mode. He is a sannin for a reason.

If you allow Jiraiya to use sage mode, he certainly wins unless kamui is allowed in which case, Kakashi could probably win but remember Jiraiya could use shadow clones to make Kakashi waste kamui. Also it will be quite difficult to kamui a moving target who is using all sorts of wide area of effect attacks against you because a lot of Jiraiya's techs have the habit of creating all sorts of smoke and rubble thereby providing him with much needed cover from Kakashi's sharingan.

I also don't want to make this a kamui VS frog song debate either so those two jutsus should be restricted. Well at least restrict kamui to defensive purposes and sage mode should be restricted as well. If you decide Jman should use sage mode, you should restrict all his boss summons and frog song to give Kakashi a fair chance at a victory.

I don't understand what you are talking about. I gave you a pretty good short and sweet analysis of who would win given various scenarios but if I have to choose a winner, definitely Jiraiya. He was able to fight more paths of pain than Kakashi which leads me to believe that he is on a whole other level. Jiraiya has a large arsenal of ninjutsu in sage mode which IMO overpower Kakashi's who is also pretty versatile. Still Kakashi shouldn't be underestimated as he is very smart, good at stealth and has three chakra natures. Not only that, he has sharingan precog and the ability to copy some of Jiraiya's ninjutsu which will always help. Still all of Jiraiya's summons and sage mode Jiraiya himself will overwhelm Jiraiya who also has more stamina than Kakashi.

Jiriaya knows about the sharingan, kakashi can use kamui six time til charkra is almost done and i dont think he would spam it if he was smart, sage mode would keep kakashi on his toes if not puleverize him jiriaya wins

If sage mod is allowed then Jiriaya for sure but if not then kakashi has a chance if he can capture jiriaya in his sharigan
