Kakashi might be intelligent, he use time and patience to learn how to counter every single attack by his enemy but when we talk about Itachi vs. Kakashi, i think Hatake Kakashi will lose. Mangekyo Sharinggan of Itachi is exteme. It would be like Kakashi facing the 6 Pains. Remember the face off of Sasuke and Raikage. Raikage struggled attacking the Susanoo + Amaterasu considering Sasuke doesnt have the eyes of Itachi yet.
