I see Kakashi winning this with a relitivly low level of difficulty. Not to sound sexist or anything, but the females in the series aren't represented as too powerful. The exceptions are the female Kage like Mei and Tsunade (and you can put Konan in that category as well) but in their leauge, they're perhpas the bottom.
Out of the Konoha 11 you have All males>all females
Out of general shinobi males>females
Out of Kage you have Male Kage>female Kage
I can see any three of the males from Konoha 11 teamed together beating Kakashi. I can even see a general female team (consisting of S-jounin and jounin) together beating Kakashi but Ino, Sakura, and Hinata aren't enough IMO.
Kakashi has greater experience, skills in ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu (possibly). He's smarter then all of them combine, and he knows how to get the job done so he doesn't run out of chakra quick.
