Honestly, the Mangeyou is not needed here. Hiruzen is too slow to keep up with Kakashi, add to the fact that Kakashi can also read Hiruzens movements with the sharingan makes this a whole lot less difficult for Kakashi.

Kakashi takes this with mid difficulty at most without Kamui.

He is faster than Hiruzen . . . significantly faster, and has the Sharingan's precognitive abilities to boot. Hiruzen is limited to generic elemental streams, most of which Kakashi could copy anyway if used against him. Genjutsu can be used to slow Hiruzen down, much like Zabuza before him. Hiruzen lacks the feats to keep pace with Kakashi constantly blind siding him with speed, shadow clones, Doton feints, or all of the above.

Leaving Kamui unrestricted makes this a low difficulty match, as nobody barring the manga's top tier speedsters have any hope of dodging it.
