2 normal eyes kakashi probably will figure out hi dans abilities with shadow clones, after that he will beat him by numbers ( nin dogs + 2 shadow clones) to land a final blow.
his lightning abilities can paralyze hi dans movements, open the 1 gate will give him speed and taijutsu advantage.
If this is war arc kakashi with just normal eyes he has the chakra to med-high diff hidan.
Edit: Hidan will fall for shadow clone feints because he lacks intelligence.( hiding like a mole + lightning clone)
Hidan definitive would kill the clone with his weapon so he is directly next to the raiton clone who would paralyze hidan in an instant.
Raiden, and hidans legs are cut from his body, even if can't die he would be immobilized for a long long time.
