Hanzo beat the Sannin during the 3rd war, the one's we've seen and know Kakashi can't beat have (presumably) gotten a lot stronger. I think Hanzo would win but not as categorically as you think. Kakashi will put up a good fight.

We Know verry few about Hanzo... Still, based on what we know:

He was killed by a Full-powered Nagato... So was Kakashi...

He won against the 3 Sanin... Yet, the Sanin were not at the same level as they are today (before most of 'em die, anyway).

Kakashi would propably be able to hold his own agaist the 3 Senin, but I can't see him wining agaist all of them simultaneuslly...

So, I'll vote for Hanzo, but with high difficulty... U_U
