Haku lost to Kyubbi cloak Naruto from the Land of Waves Arc.

If you want a complete analysis of the fight than I guess I could give it to you. Kakashi is a lot faster than Haku and will be able to counter Haku's ice mirror technique very easily and should be able to intercept Haku and kill him. Kakashi could go underground, use earth walls, water walls or simply dodge the senbon. Kakashi could destroy those mirrors with his various lightning based attacks including raiton enhanced kunais, chidori/raikiri, lightning hounds, etc.

Kakashi actually has good stamina now and will easily outlast Haku whose jutsu does use up quite a bit of chakra. If Haku decides to use taijutsu against Kakashi, he gets destroyed pretty easily since he was being overwhelmed by early part 1 Sasuke in taijutsu whose taijutsu capabilities were just decent.

I would agree with everything you said, except for Kakashi being faster than haku. Haku is at least on par with Kakashi in foot speed and is much faster in his ice mirrors.

Haku has absolutely nothing in his arsenal that can challenge Part II Kakashi, not even Makyō Hyōshō. The inexperienced Waves Arc Sasuke was able to react to Haku with his underdeveloped Sharingan, so there's no reason why the more seasoned Kakashi couldn't do the same.
