He has a ms which can use kamui.
He is a jonnin.
He is quite smart.
He has a decent amount of chackra.
His ms uses a lot of chackra so does his sharingan.
His stamina is medium
So lets make the rubric

Power level- 7.5
Speed-6.5
Durability-14
Weakness-2.5
Total-55.5
Mighty Guy
Pro taijutsu user.
Can use 8 gates.
Is very durable.
Has a lot of fire power.
He is medicore in intellect.
