First of all Guren is filler. Second of all she's not anywhere close to being the strongest kunoichi in Naruto. That title belongs to either Tsunade or Mei.

I have to disagree with you, when kakashi was facing her 1 on 1 she was winning. She even out smart kakashi and used her crystal art to stab him in the back shino bugs were the ones really tearing threw her crystal element cause when naruto started using all does rasengan on it it started to regenerate. I have to go with guren on this one

1) kakashi was trying to capture guren while she was trying to kill kakashi, which is why kakashi didn't bring out any of his heavy-hitting techs.
2) kakashi now has the be-header sword
3) their fight took place on a lake, giving guren the topographic advantage.
