Guren is a filler villain, thus OP.
I mean, her crystal was not even hurt by FRS, even Susanoo would take some damage from it.

I don't know who Guren is or what "crystal element" does(other than the obvious..), but Raiden cut through v2 shrouds with no difficulty at all, which is just him using raikiri and making a "chain" of lightning with a clone who is also using raikiri.
Raiden cutting through v2 shrouds is important because kusanagi, which was capable of hurting Enma's diamond-hard skin couldn't even harm a v2 shroud, thus implying his raiton abilities are capable of cutting through something like crystal release.
With his recent stamina feats, he can keep raikiri going for as long as he wants, really(well, he would run out of chakra at some point, obviously, but it would take an incredibly long time). If crystal release is all this Guren person is capable of, she's ****ed.

you might want to look into her episodes. She was capable of holding her own against the 3-tails and even restrain it for some time. Wood Release had no effect and I think Kakashi's raition failed.
She was the best female displayed in the Naruto Anime

That's filler feats. In filler episodes, the enemy is always going to look stronger until either A. Naruto stops them or B. another filler character does something that shows a weak point, or occasionally stop them himself/herself. It's the same recycled BS over and over, just characters that look different.
And just from reading naruto wiki(I know it's hard to trust them at times, but I'm going to assume this is correct), Kakashi's raiton is capable of defeating it:
Also, according to Naruto Wiki, the episode came out(in Japan) in December of 08. That puts it(if my memory serves me correctly, too lazy to look up)) some short time after the Immortals Arc, but certainly before the war arc started(though, depending on how close the anime was to the manga at that time, it could be even before that). If my memory is serving me correctly(about it being shortly after the Immortals Arc), KAkashi was still known to have troubles with just using raikiri/sharingan in fights.

I don't see this Guren person standing much of a chance vs War Arc Kakashi, without filler-plot protection. Not with Kakashi's bunshin feints, taijutsu, sharingan prediction and genjutsu, raikiri shattering her crystals, etc.

I have to look to see if Kakashi was able to shatter her crystals, I honestly dont remember that happening.
Nonetheless, she too is able to make clones.

The advantage of these clones being crystal is that her crystal style reflects, which hindered byakugan because of its reflective nature. This most likely will cause issues for Kakashi to use sharingen to read her movements.
She went toe-to-toe with Kakashi in taijutsu and she used a clone for that.
if she was to use this, genjutsu's effects will be questionable

Her abilities are similar to the 1st Hokage, as she can use the moister in the air to create crystals. Therefore, attacks and weapons can appear from every direction.

after watching, I wouldn't count that as Kakashi having the advantage. Shino's bugs after a previous encounter gave them an advantage, Kakashi tried to use them to capitalize. This wasn't his own doing.
the same can be said for her killing Kakashi is shino wouldnt have saved him. This is more so assumption that either would have lost at that point
