Without Kamui, Kakashi has no way to incapacitate an Edo Tensei. Put BM Naruto in Kakashi's place, and he'd fail for the same reason. You'd either have to (1) make Kimimaro mortal (allow him Edo chakra / health, but no regen from thin air), or (2) give Kakashi some low-end sealing technique that can put Kimimaro down if weakened.

Lol at above posters. Kimimaro isn't even close to win low difficulty. Infact the only reason he wins is because he is edo. He was pressured by a weakened part1 Lee without gates and Kakashi was said to be better than healthy part1 Lee in taijutsu, not to mention raiton can cut his bones like butter, long range ninjutsu attacks including his clones trickery, allowing Kakashi to gain the advantage with relative ease. Problem however is that kimimaro is edo, so he should win in a long battle

he was momentarily pressured by a drunken lee who knocked out base might gai,the moment he used his bones he raped him,lee couldnt get a hit in base or in gates.
