Or Kakashi dodges his attacks, tricks him with a Kage Bunshin or Raiton Kage Bunshin and comes from underground with fast Doton travelling and rips his body in two with a Raikiri charged kunai. Or Kakashi simply warps his head in a millisecond with Kamui.

I assume all characters are in their prime if nothing is listed. Some might assume they are current, like yourself but anyway, Kamui Kakashi can beat Darui. Anything below that loses.

Even without Sharingan, Kakashi should still be a lot faster and more skilled in taijutsu. He has far more and better elemental ninjutsu (top notch Raiton, high level Suiton, high level Doton), wide versatility with other ninjutsu and his skill with bushinjutsu should be more than enough to trick Darui and land a fatal hit on him, if we account also Kakashi's intellect.

They are around equal in speed. Darui blitzed Kin and Gin. Darui kept up with v1 Ay to some extent. Kakashi's speed feats don't go passed that. Don't compare good taijutsu with good kenjutsu. It's quite clear who the victor would be in such a brawl given a single touch of the raiton enhanced sword could cut off a limb. Raiton isn't helping against Darui's Raiton. High level doton won't help against Darui's defensive suiton or any Ranton/Black lightning, nor will Suiton be effective in this match-up. If anything it would just deplete Kakashi's chakra reserves. Bunshin's won't be of great help. Black lightning clears, Ranton clears; controlled/directed jutsu's can be pretty useful against clones. Anyways, it will end up being a CQC fight in which Darui can demolish Kakashi with his kenjutsu, single seal required black lightning and water wall followed by a black lightning. If Kakashi decides to distance himself and use clones, Darui can always opt to use his Ranton to clear them whilst also hitting the real Kakashi.
