Bee v1 is much faster then the v2 jins. Sasuke couldn't even keep up with base Bee even with sharingan reading movements and v1 Bee negged him and Sasuke is a pretty fast dude who has 2 sharingans compared to Kakashi's 1. Bee can raiton his swords to block Kakashi, Also Bee > Kakashi in swordplay. I don't see how Kakashi can win.

We already saw regular Raikiri fail to harm V2 Jin. The Chain (double) Raikiri is what cut through the V2 Cloak so that's what he'd need at the very least to even attempt to hurt Bee but after the cloak who knows how much it'd hurt Bee. I doubt it would do anything major though.

B rapes. Zabuzas sword doesn't get past his cloak when Raikiri was tanked with no damage. Not to mention Kakashi stands no chance of continuously evading his attacks, and his fight against Obitos Jins Is irrelevant since B is far stronger than them.

We've also witnessed that Kakashi can connect two raikiri together and form a chain that can cut thru even v2 chakra arms.
It means that he pretty much can use raiden without the aid of a clone thus he can catch Bee a lot easier with it that's why i give the victory to Kakashi.

The Jin's cloak already tanked Raikiri. Chidori infused objects have less power than Chidori alone as well, as seen when Sasuke pierced Ay with Chidori but his Chidori enhanced Katana bounced off.

I'm doubtful of this. KCM Naruto already had a difficult time reacting to the Base Jins and the former already has superior speed and reflexes to Base Killer Bee. Yielding them the same boost easily places those V2 Jin above V2 Bee when we take into consideration of 3T Precognition and Shared Vision. We also have to take into consideration that Kakashi didn't rely on MS Precognition to do so, but only 3T Precognition. Actually give him MS Precognition and he'd easily perform better.

Additionally, Bee doesn't rely on high level Taijutsu to overwhelm his opponents when he uses Bijuu Enhancements, but rather, his speed, which means his fighting style is rather linear which makes it far more predictable in the eyes of the Sharingan.

Kakashi can certainly secure the win IMO.
