-Tough one. If Bee gets in close like he did against Sasuke, Kakashi will have some major problems. But at the same time Kakashi is smarter than Sasuke so yea.

-If Kakashi can out think Bee which I think he can since Hacibi isn't there for help Kakashi can pull of a win. But he has to keep Bee at a distance or most of the fight.

-But this fight can go ether way, but I'm leaning towards Kakashi for now

Kakashi will win. He is very cautious when he fights, and his taijutsu compete with Gais even with gates open, so he won't be caught so easily, especially with the sharingan that help him to predict attacks. With ninjutsu Kakashi could cause a lot of problems to Bee. He can use suiton to push him away, doton to protect himself or surprise Bee when he drop his guard(probably when fighting a bunshin from Kakashi). I think they have almost the same speed in base, but Bee kenjutsu style will be dangerous. Kakashi could also use kage bunshin as a bait(with raiton kage bunshin for example he will be paralysed), and finish him of with raikiri. And of course he could use Kamui also to finish it quickly.

Yeah kakashi, would win with him being more cautious than saskue and also keeping killer bee on his toes with his advance taijusu. also with his chidori vairants he will be exceding Bee's speed since he is not as fast as A when not in his Bijuu form.

Kakashi is more keen on analyzing the situation than Sasuke is imo. It's like how Shikamaru analyzed Hidan's scythe - Kakashi wouldn't go CQC with somebody who could use 7 swords that well. He seems more ninjutsu based to me anyways. Although I think that Bee could diffuse a Lightning clone if he got tricked by it.
