You do realize that with Kakashi's recent kamui feats, once he figures out he can't hurt the 3rd Raikage with conventional attacks, he will resort to kamui? Given the 3rd Raikage's speed, Kakashi would have to resort to it fast before he gets owned. I guess Kakashi could go underground while using clones to fight the 3rd Raikage and then use kamui to finish him off.

The 3rd Raikage is supposed to have black lightning too so the third also has mid ranged attacks up his sleeve so I don't think Kakashi can beat him especially because the Raikage will be faster than Kakashi.

If the Raikage goes all-out from the start, he wins. Otherwise, Kakashi COULD beat him with Kamui, Raiden or Raikiri.

Third Wins this mid-difference at most. His chakra is at Biju level as pointed out by Karin, so he can abuse flicker technique and lightening armour to evade Kamui's wrap point, and only that is instant. Though the larger the distance between the point of evasion and destination more the chakra, I don't think he would need to dodge kamui by a greater distance. He's also much faster than Kakashi at V2 speed. He also has brute strength and was able to break a small part of sussano's rib-cage with his hand.

Whoops, we are talking about the 3rd here. I can't believe I misread it. All the points hold save for the Sasuke's fight point, save for the body flicker technique, so he lacks A's V2 speed. However, he's still fast enough in his V1 form.

I know that the anime/manga rarely if ever, use one shot moves...But think about it for a second, Kamui tears a rift in the space and time continuum and sucks pretty much any object inside. If we put aside the fact that no one in Naruto use there strongest move to one shot their opponents even if they could, what i'm trying to say is that Kakashi's only way to win would be to one shot him with kamui, and it can be done, but isn't going to happen with any character of significant power.(It would be really anti-climactic) It pretty much boils down to a gunslinger style fight...Who ever shoots first win.

My thoughts exactly, except that i believe he will win. And btw i don't believe 3rd Raikage's speed is enough to blitz Kakashi. Hell, even rubber guy was keeping up with him. It's only his reflexes who are on another level, but Kakashi has Sharingan on the other hand

Third raikage..fuq outta here if you think he will win with kamui..kakashi has yet to kill someone with kamui let alone a speed demon like the raikage.kakashi also wouldn't use it unless he absolutely has to or thinks it has a good chance at succession.kakashi is very reserved in his fighting style and using kamui at the beginning of a fight goes completely against his character
