What if 1v1

He'd still lose since he cannot use Kamui offensively.

Long story short, Kakashi will be floundered by Mei's Hidden Mist as was the case with Zabuza and since Mei is a long-range specialist, he will not have the luxury that he did against Zabuza of getting a trace of her scent via blood, so he has a very low chance of locating Mei and escaping her attacks.

In regards to Tsunade, Kakashi's not quick enough in order to flat-out blitz her, she has the reactive feats in order to defend against his speed such as her ability to outpace Mei's ninjutsu execution and blindside a Susano'o clone as well. Even with Kakashi's superior speed, Tsunade still has the upper-hand much like Danzo did against Sasuke because Byakugou makes her impervious to the majority of Kakashi's attacks (excluding Raikiri decapitation) and allows her to dish out hits without agonizing over a potential counter-attack. She prevails in a CQC encounter much like Danzo did because of it. Kakashi's an exceptional and prolific bunshin user as well, but majority of his successful feats whilst using it required him to take advantage of the location which is rendered useless by generating colossal shockwaves as Sakura did in the manga which exposes and even destroys Kakashi's underground bunshin, thereby countering Kakashi's underground assaults in the process.

His only chance against them is offensive Kamui. Without it, he loses.

I thought he would beat both even without Kamui but your argument makes perfect sense. Both Tsunade and Mei could wreck a forest easily with lava/super strength, negating clone feints. And like you said, nothing in Kakashi's arsenal is putting Tsunade down bar LB decap. If he tries to go for a regular Lightning Blade she tanks and literally one-shots. Rip.

Basically, and attack accordingly. Even with the speed disadvantage she has, she still possesses adequate reactions to avoid a potential decapitation and the endurance necessary to soak hits and retaliate which will kill him immediately.

Kakashi gets overwhelmed. 1v1 with this conditions he might beat Mei, and Tsunade if Katsuyu is restricted

Good post but I have two questions. Firstly, wouldn't hidden mist also block Mei's vision so how exactly will she aim her attacks, barring acid mist which goes everywhere? Secondly, if Kakashi stabs Tsunade with raikiri, wouldn't she be paralyzed and unable to counter? She could be tricked by a raiton clone feint so it isn't in her best interest to engage him in CQC.

Tsunade invented a raiton based technique ( Ranshinsho ) that messes up the whole nervous system, so I doubt she can get paralyzed by any of the known raiton techniques.

An ignorant, and bias premise, with no canonical proof — aka fanfiction.

Attacks from underground will be too hard to evade if mei didnt see kakashi while going underground. A raikeri kunai thrown from underground can end this.

Kakashi doesnt even need to use raikeri in stabbing . He can use it (or raikeri kunai) to slash which means he can cut tusonade's limbs without getting his hand stuck
