Kakashi upgrade?

I'm a Kakashi fan and it bothers me as strong as he is, Kakashi is not up in the top tier of shinobi. would anyone like to see him gain a new technique (I'm think chakra theft) placing him back on the top tier?

I would love to see him become more powerful but I think they won't give him a new technique

Even with a power-up he won't match most Shinobi anyways. I'd say a new Mangekyo Technique or better Chakra Control. In his fight with Tobi I'm sure Kishi will reveal something...

kakashi is who he is but naruto would be stupid imo if all ninja were kage level and higher i mean kakashi is as strong as he needs to be and can play his role but no he does not need to be more powerful then he is a new tech would be cool im always up for new techs for anyone but i think he need to stay the level he is at which is low kage

Who knows he might have some crazy jutsu up his sleeve. Not necessarily an upgrade but a jutsu that could put him in top tier.

One reason I think he is still at low Kage level is because of his low chakra. That's why I was thing if he could steal the chakra of his more powerful enemies like Kisami's living sword he would be right at top tier.
