There was a poll done some time ago on who currently uses the three tomoe sharingan the best and kakashi won by a landslide and I have to agree this is true. This guy even unlocked the MS and as far as attacking with it he is better at using it than obito in my opinion. His accuracy with kumui is unbelievable he also decreased the amount of time it takes him to use it greatly. Now if he could muster up all these feats as a non uchia imagine if he was born a uchiha. He most doubtly wouldnt have the stamina issue the sharingan wouldnt effect his body so bad as it does now. Imo he would be the greatest uchiha and be no doubt in top 5 ninja status.

If Kakashi was born an Uchiha, he would be kage level by now.

Kakashi's biggest problem is his stamina which is because of his sharingan, he can't deactivate it and it costs a huge amount of chakra to use because he isn't an Uchiha

I agree & undoubtedly he would be no 1 Uchiha & most gifted uchiha of all time ,,but in reality for me the most gifted Uchiha are Itachi & Obito ,thire growth is quite impressive nd is better than that of Madara

madara, shisui and itachi would still be stronger.

current ms hatake kakashi is much stronger than shisui
the only jutsu which shisui can use it, is ka and he use it one time every decade
kakashi is in the same level with itachi
