this is a a very hard jutsu too master it recvires very good chakra controle.first step try too focuse as many simple chakra you can into your hand,second draw it out and start too rotait it,3 rd step keep it rotating but make it rotait faster and the last step is too make it as small as you can the smaller it is the more powere it has at impact
