As for the second battle, Zabuza had no chance. Had that one guy (whoever that guy was that was paying him or whatever) not showed up, zabuza would've been killed by kakashi

Also kakashi lost all his chakra in 2nd fight and zabuza could continue fighting him but gato appeared and zabuza changed his mind and he decided to destroy gato and his thugs instead of destroying kakashi.

Okay well you know what, I will give you that one. Kakashi beats Obito when they're fighting in Kamui dimension because neither of them can use their most OP techs. When they fight ANYWHERE ELSE, Obito wins 100% of the time. And no, Kakashi cannot win by sending a clone to Kamui dimension. All Obito has to do is camp in Kamui dimension for a minute OR keep a clone of his own there and hit Kakashi's clone once and it will disperse; making him able to freely teleport again. So you managed to refute one of my points by using a very specific circumstance, congrats.. Want to try another one?
