In all honesty, I think he would look weird without his face mask on, but I would still like to see what he looks like at least once. Lol xd

his mask his what makes him Kakashi, I couldn't imagine Kishimoto suddenly at the very end showing his face underneath. its just one of those things that will probably never be revealed to keep us imagining and interested
