Kakashi threw Sakura over kamui?

I belive this had happened, because kaguya posses the byakugan and sensorial abilities... Maybe sakura had appeared from "nothing"

she dropped from the susanoo but coming from kamui would have been better

Nope, I wanted to believe that at first to explain why the fodder goddess didn't react. However she flew right into Sakura's punch.
