no kakashi can never get rinnegan, why? for number one he will need EMS. 2nd he needs to be a full blood uchiha, cause in order to master the sharingan fully must be a uchiha.

To many people with rinnegan would be like too many people with ssj, kakashi has an epic warping skill anyway that can trump rinnegan if he had enough chakra he could have warped that meteorite, I would rather he becomes stronger in his own way rather than the generic uchiha way.
