Kakashi will take the Jiraiya treatment when he went investigate on Amegakure!
How far can the copy nin go and how many Paths can he defeat?

This is 1 MS War Arc Kakashi.
Just like Jiraiya, its a continuous gauntlet, so he wont regenerate his health or chakra after each round.

Location: Amegakure. Jiraiya vs Pain
Distance: the same as the aforemantioned fight
Intel: Manga at the time.
Wich is basically:
None for Kakashi
What the other Akatsuki members gathered from the fights with Kakashi so far for Pain.
Restrictions: Cho Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei, as I don't see an IC Pain destroying his own village.

2. Animal Path

3. Animal Path, Human Path and Preta Path

4. All Six Paths of Pain

How far can he go?

He'll probably clear 1 and 2, but 3 is just impossible for an already exhausted Kakashi, let alone the last stage. Jiraiya already had a perfect counter for Konan, so he barely wasted any chakra fighting her. He also had a summon big enough to defend him from Animal Path's summons, Kakashi's ninja hounds are completely useless here. After he beats Konan and Animal Path he loses.

It would've been more interesting if he got healed and chakra replenished after each round.

He can take the first three. Having to deal with 6 Paths after depleting a good deal of his chakra is likely too much, though, as fighting all 6 even at full(and with intel) would be difficult enough, and having to use even more bunshin feints to figure out the next 3 paths would only take more.

His only real chance is "Kamui GG", and doing that 6 times after the first 3 fights is pushing it, even with his war arc stamina.

He's got the chakra reserves(8 raikiri, 5 kamui, 2 shadow clones, doton wall before help from Kurama) to make it through the first three, and raiden and raiton enhanced weapons(including the kubikiribocho) can deal with summons.

4 is too much though.
