He didn't copy. Obito gave him his chakra. In other word, It was a temporary fusion between Obito and Kaskashi. For that whole moment, Kaskashi was an Uchiha!

Furthermore, there's a subtle difference in the powers of the left and right eyes. The left eye hurls distant objects into the dimension by fixating them, the right eye unconsciously makes a body part slip-through by transfering it. Additionally, by having both eyes, "Susanoo" appears and it is possible to apply Kamui's powers to its weapons.

Take it look again. That susanoo is Kakashi and his only. Obito never got to make his susanoo. If Obito had made susanoo he would of had that eye scar on his?? No way my brotha that susanoo is Kakashi's and only his keep deny its just sad. I'm not deny that the only reason Kakashi got the susanoo was becuz of Obito but that susanoo in no way is Obito's. :|
